What you'll get when you work with me:
- Fully individualized training plan based on runner experience, medical and injury history, time constraints and goal race (distance and time).
- Training guidance by email/phone/text
- Accountability, training log monitoring and feedback, race selection and strategies, mental training, unlimited plan adjustments, and access to a runner and coach that is always reading and learning more about the sport of running. Every step of the way, your coach is there to guide you and adjust and adapt the program based on your progress.

- $90/monthly; $500/6-month commitment
